You also use a specific monetary indicator. Regional options are different from language options. A language option defines the characteristics of your language, such as the characters you use to express idea and the layout of the computer keyboard. The following list provides a description of each tab:. Defining the Regional and Language Options settings In some cases, you may have to change the regional and language options for the server by opening the Regional and Language Options applet in the Control Panel.

You'll likely find a region that matches your needs in the Current Format drop-down list. If you determine that Windows doesn't provide a predefined region for you, choose the region that matches most closely and click Customize This Format. You see the Customize Regional Options dialog box, where you can customize every aspect of the regional formats.

You've not pointed out what happened to OCA. It turned into WinQual. The reasoning behind it is probably this: Registration is for your own protection: If there was no registration, anyone could have error reports for your app problems sent to them. The registration is to allow you to make your application better, to cut down on future support and to keep your customer base happy.
It's not for "their tool". I guess I should have been clearer about where I'm unhappy. I'm not unhappy that Microsoft requires registration, or that they require a digital certificate. I have one with Comodo, that is accepted by all Windows OS's as a valid digital certificate. But they require you get a Verisign certificate to register with WinQual. The Comodo certificate verifies my identity just as well as Verisign - so why do they require me get a Verisign certificate just ot register? But I still don't think we you, me, etc.
Or you can just not participate. Millions of its users prefer it because it has great resilience and is considered the most stable version of Windows. This explains why users refuse to switch to upgraded versions like Windows 8 and Unfortunately, this operating system is not perfect and so you may experience Windows 7 issues.
These may include slow performance or bad compatibility. In this article, you will learn about Windows 7 issues and solutions.
Some of the Windows 7 issues are too petty and hence discourage users. They could be the reason why Microsoft decided on the discontinuation of Windows 7 support. Recently, the giant technology company announced that January 14th would mark phase one of Windows 7 coming to an end.
This means that Microsoft will no longer provide support for the operating system. It will no patch security holes or fix bugs and accidents in Windows 7. If you continue using Windows 7 after its end, you will experience Windows 7 issues and solutions may be effective. However, this may not last long due to the gravity of security problems. The third party developers are likely to ditch the OS as well and move to other platforms, meaning that Windows 7 will eventually become useless.
Microsoft is making this change to encourage users to upgrade to Windows 8 and 10, which come with better and advanced features. However, the majority of the Windows 7 users question the stability of Windows 8 and As a result, they are not pleased about Windows 7 end.
Windows 7 end can be considered as Windows 7 issues because users will have very few days in January to upgrade. The second program actually runs a scan of your system both of these are programs that need to be installed first , then asks for your e-mail before telling you that a payment is required to fix your errors.
I was appauled to find out only after entering my e-mail address that payment was required. One of these programs incorrectly identified the Model of my Toshiba computer AFTER telling me I had 18 outdated drivers that it was going to overrride with generic Microsoft drivers.
NOT a good idea. I've been told to always check with your computer manufacturer for outdated drivers first. The last link is invalid. I have everything set as it should be in Action Center to report any of these crashes specifically IE8 and explorer. They've been set correctly all along. It used to report the error and return a solution when available.
I am no longer sure any information is reported when the programs crash and I no longer get any resoltuions in my Action Center. I can see in my error logs many, many, many iexplore and explore crashes but never receive a solution in Action Center and they continue to crash! Still looking for a solution to this problem as IE continues to lock up and I am not getting any solution to the problem.
EXE must be present on your computer for this Control Panel option to show up. This thread is locked. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread. I have the same question Report abuse.
