Thanks a lot Ricardo. Disk Clean-up button is missing in Drive properties windows in File Explorer. Clicking on 'Check' from 'Error checking' group of 'Tools' tab of Properties window doesn't open up 'Error checking option'.

After deleting a file from this drive, explorer doesn't show 'Undo Delete' in context menu. God knows the file goes where? And the 'Recycle Bin' is also missing in explorer window after exploring the drive. Show Hidden file I have tried to clear hidden attribute I guess it may exists of the partition form Diskpart. It seems that some feature of automatic detection of partitions on the external hard disks fails. I suggest you to follow below mentioned methods and see if that helps. Method 1 : Check if the Virtual disk service is running in the background. Restart your computer. Method 2 : Open the command prompt as administrator. Within Diskpart, make sure that automatic mounting is enabled. Exit from command prompt and restart your computer. Verify if the letters are assigned to the external USB drives.
